Never. Every AI-generated ad copy, image, or blog post requires your explicit approval. Click Review & Approve on any creative card → edit copy → tap Approve. Only then can it be pushed to Shopify or your ad accounts.

Calibrated against your actual last-30-days data: revenue, ad spend, ROAS, profit margin all come from real Shopify orders. Recoverable upside comes from the Profit Leak Audit (analysis of your real returns, dead inventory, ad waste) and Margin Shield (real SKUs flagged with margin below your floor). We never fabricate numbers — when no real data exists, we show an explicit empty state.

Your OAuth token has likely expired or is missing scopes. Click Reconnect Shopify in the banner. The flow takes ~30 seconds — re-authorize, and the next sync will pull your real numbers. If the banner persists after reconnecting, contact support.

ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) = revenue ÷ spend. POAS (Profit on Ad Spend) = profit ÷ spend — more honest because it accounts for COGS. MTA (Multi-Touch Attribution) credits every ad in the customer's journey. MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling) measures incremental impact statistically. Hover any underlined term in the app for a plain-language definition.

Every feature is unlocked from day 1. No credit card required to start. On day 15, if you don't cancel, you'll be charged $4.99 USD/month via Shopify Billing. Cancel anytime in Settings → no questions asked.

Most likely because product COGS aren't set. Without cost data, we can't compute true margin and the audit assumes everything is profitable. Set COGS for your top 10 products in COGS Manager → re-run the audit → leaks will appear.
